- In All Other Locations: Call the 24-hour National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255). You can also access crisis services via text at the 24-hour Crisis Text Line by texting “HOME” to 741741 in the United States. Finally, the National Lifeline also provides a chat service (Lifeline Chat).
Child, Adult, and Family Psychological Center is a group of seven therapists who have been offering services in central Pennsylvania for over 40 years. Our goal has always been to provide the highest quality mental health care in a welcoming environment at a reasonable cost. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we recently expanded our services to provide therapy via telehealth. Our physical office is located in the Allenway Building at 315 S. Allen Street, which is in downtown State College and within easy walking distance of Penn State University.
